– 30 oz pumpkin canned – 16 oz evaporated milk – 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice – 1 cup sugar – 4 eggs – 2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 350F. Next, mix pumpkin, milk, pumpkin pie spice, sugar, eggs and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Pour pumpkin mixture into a greased and floured 9×13 pan.
Sprinkle cake mix and chopped pecans on top.
Cut butter very thin and cover all over cake mix.
Finally, bake for 1 hour and serve warm with whipped cream.
Serve cake cake with ice cream or whipped topping.
Make sure to use cold, salted butter and slice it.
Change you baking time if you pan is different.
Combine ingredients for the pumpkin cake layer and add to the pan.
