Pro Tips

  • Use different bowls for each color so they don’t get mixed together.
  • Do not overcook the candy melts. It is very important to melt them in 30 second intervals to ensure that you do not burn the chocolate.
  • Try to remove any excess chocolate before putting the pretzels on the baking sheet to dry. Not only will this help them dry faster, but it will help to not waste the chocolate.
  • Make sure to line your baking sheet with wax paper. This will help with cleanup and also prevent the pretzels from sticking.
  • Decorate Pretzels with red, white and blue sprinkles while chocolate is still wet.
