How to Make Slutty Cheesecake Bars
- Step 1. First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Step 2. Next, line an 8X8 baking dish with foil or parchment paper. Spray with non-sticking cooking spray.
Step 3. Press cookie dough into the bottom of the prepared pan. Then bake it for 10 minutes.
Step 4. While the cookie dough crust bakes and then cools, make the creamy cheesecake filling in a medium bowl or large mixing bowl. Next, mix together with a stand mixer until well combined.

Step 6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the top of the Oreos. Use a spatula to create a smooth top and even layer. Chop up the remaining Oreos and sprinkle them on top of the cheesecake layer.
Step 7. Finally, place pan in the oven and bake for 35- 45 minutes until cheesecake is set.
Step 8. Let the bars cool completely on a wire rack. Then drizzle the warm caramel sauce over the bars. Cut and serve.
Expert Tips
- Cutting the Oreo Bars – When cutting the bars, we like to use the Oreo cookie as a guide on how large we cut the bars.
- Smaller Bars – Because these cheesecake bars are so rich in flavor, I like to cut in smaller portions.
- Baking Cheesecake – When preparing your cheesecake mix, don’t overmix the eggs. Also, avoid sudden temperature change to the cheesecake. Let set in oven for a few minutes before removing.
- Food Processor – You can use a food processor to crush up the Oreos.
