Serving Suggestions

  • Whipped Topping. Dollop a generous portion of cool whip on top of each slice. You can also make homemade whip cream.
  • Caramel Ice Cream. Top with a scoop of ice cream.
  • Snickers on top. Take a few bars snickers and crumble on top.

Pro Tips

  • Don’t use flavored peanuts. I do not recommend using honey roasted peanuts or any other flavor.
  • Monitor the cake in the oven. Oven temperature varies. It is important to monitor the cake.
  • Line the pan with parchment paper. You can line the pan with parchment paper and clean-up is even easier. This also make it convenient to remove from the cake from the pan and cut.
  • Refrigerate for clean slices. Chill the cake for 15 minutes to 30 minutes and it is much easier to cut. The slices will look clean cut and pretty.
