Easy Air Fryer Oreos with Crescent Rolls:

There is something so delicious about fried Oreos. We always go straight to this treat at state fairs, carnivals and more. However they are pricey and sometimes the craving hits at home on a Tuesday.

This rich and decadent treat is always a family favorite. The soft and chewy crust and the chocolate Oreo center makes the best treat. With only 4 ingredients, you can indulge in this fried oreos with crescent all year long.

If you do not have a air fryer make Deep fried oreos instead. We also like to make funnel cakes at home. Fair food is always fun to make but making it the air fryer makes it even easier.

Overview of the ingredients needed to make air fryer Oreos: Oreos and a roll of Crescent rolls.

Ingredients:

  • Olive Oil
  • Oreo Cookies -We used regular size oreo cookies but you can try using mini oreo cookies too.
  • Crescent Rolls
  • Powder Sugar (for Topping)

How to Make Fried Oreos in Air Fryer:

  • Step onePrepare Air Fryer – Coat the bottom of an air fryer basket with olive oil using a paper towel.
  • Step two – Preheat Air Fryer – You need to preheat the air fryer to 320 degrees.  Some air fryers do not have this option. If yours does not, simply run the air fryer at 320 degrees F for 5 minutes.
  • Step three: Remove the crescent rolls from the can and pinch the seams together so that it’s all one big sheet.
  • Step fourCut Crescent Dough – You need to cut the crescent dough into 8 even pieces.
  • Step five – Place Oreo – Put one Oreo on each slice of dough and wrap so the cookie is entirely covered.

  • Step Six – Place in Air Fryer – It’s time to put the Oreos in the air fryer. Make sure they are not touching each other. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may have to cook the oreos in batches.
  • Step Seven Cook Oreo – Cook for about 5 minutes or until the outside is golden brown.
  • Step Eight – Serve & Enjoy – Take the cookies out of the air fryer and top with the confectioners sugar.

Serve while still warm and enjoy. Each bite is so decadent. The outside is warm and crispy while the inside is creamy and delicious. The sprinkling of powdered sugar takes it all to the next level.

Recipe Tips for Air Fry Oreos:

  • Serving – These wrapped Oreos are best served warm. Make a batch for your next gathering and watch them disappear.
  • Prepare Air Fryer – If you air fryer has a preheat function, it is best to preheat. You can also just heat the air fryer for about 5 minutes, then place your covered Oreos in.
  • Crescent Rolls – To prepare these crescent rolls, remove from package and unroll them on cutting board. Then squeeze the crescent rolls together at the ends so it is one big sheet.
  • Wrap Oreo – Make sure the Oreo is completely covered with the crescent roll.
  • Cooking – When placing Oreos in the Air Fryer, make sure to place in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Pancake Mix – You can also deep fry these Oreos after dipping into pancake mix.

Do I Need to Use Oil in this Air Fryer Recipe?

It depends on your air fryer, but we do recommend rubbing oil on the air fryer basket. This helps to prevent the Oreos from sticking to the tray. We do not recommend spraying the tray with a cooking spray.

How to Store Leftovers:

These Air Fryer Oreos are best served warm after cooking. If you do have leftovers, store in the refrigerator. You can reheat for a minute or two in the air fryer.
