Ingredients

Ingredients: Pretzel Rods, Candy Melts, Chocolate Chips, Sprinkles and M&Ms
  • Pretzel Rods. This is the perfect shape to make these fun treats. Any brand is fine.
  • Candy Melts. We chose traditional Christmas colors and used Red Candy Melts, Green Candy Melts and White Candy Melts.
  • Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips. I like semi-sweet because it isn’t overly sweet, but you can use milk chocolate.
  • Toppings. Festive sprinkles, Christmas M&Ms, Chopped Nuts, crushed candy canes, peppermint candy or caramel.

  • Use mini pretzels twist instead of pretzel rods.
  • Try other colors. This recipe is perfect year round and can easily be modified for other holidays and occasions.
  • Dip the pretzels in white chocolate or milk chocolate. Top with different colors of candy melt drizzles or sprinkles.

How to store?

Place candy coated pretzel rods in an air tight container at room temperature. If you are keeping them on a cookie tray, make sure to cover with a plastic wrap. This will keep their freshness longer.
