Why We Love This

It is similar to this 2 Ingredient Chocolate Bark Recipe. However, what makes this recipe unique is the topping. It is decorated to look like a melted snowman with assorted chocolate candies, pretzels and more.

The entire recipe is so easy and ready in less than 30 minutes. It’s the best sweet treat and also makes a great gift.

Ingredients

Ingredients for Melted Showman bark - candy eyes, pretzel sticks, orange tic tacs, mini Reece's cups, candy melts.
  • Melting White Chocolate. I like to use melting chocolate because it melts so smoothly.
  • Mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. The miniature ones are the perfect size.
  • Small Candy Eyes. Googly eyes are so fun and add the perfect touch to the bark.
  • Orange Tic Tacs. You can use these or any small orange candy for the nose.
  • Mini M&Ms. Regular M&M’s are too large so make sure to use the mini size.
  • Pretzel Sticks. The sticks are best to use for the arms.

Scroll to the bottom and see the complete ingredient list and instructions in the recipe card.

Variations

  • Orange Sprinkles. Instead of Tic Tacs, you can use orange sprinkles or another small orange candy for the carrot noses.
  • Chocolate Chips. Substitute mini chocolate chips instead of using candy eyeballs.
  • Candy Melts. Swap the chocolate chips for white candy melts.

Pro Tips

  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Prepare the baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Use a sharp knife to break into pieces. Press firmly with a knife where you want to break the bark.
  • Melt the chocolate in intervals. You don’t want to burn the chocolate so melt in intervals.
  • Add the topping right away. If you wait too long, the candy pieces won’t stick to the chocolate.

Storage

Place the bark inside an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
