Ingredients:
- Double Stuffed Oreo Cookies
- Mini Oreo Cookies
- White Candy Melts
- Red Candy Melts
- White Circle Candy Sprinkles
Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1. Prepare the pan with parchment paper or wax paper.
Step 2. Melt the white candy melts in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in 30 second intervals. Stir after each interval, until fully melted.
Step 3. Separate the mini Oreo pieces and remove the cream center. You can leave the mini cookies separated on the counter.
Step 4. Dip the bottom of the mini cookie into melted chocolate. Press into the filling in the double stuffed Oreo cookie. Put a mini oreo on each side to resemble the ears. Place cookies on a baking sheet.
Step 5. Melt the red candy melts in the microwave. Continue to melt in 30 second intervals until completely melted. Stir and scrape the sides of the bowl. Dip the bottom half of the large cookie into the melted candy melts.
Step 6. Before the candy melts set, add 2 of the sprinkles for the small buttons.
Step 7. Continue until all of the cookies have been decorated with mickey heads and mickey’s ears. Place cookie on the cookie sheet in a single layer. Allow to set and serve.

- 20 Double Stuffed Oreo Cookies
- 20 Mini Oreo Cookies
- 1/2 cup White Candy Melts
- 1 cup Red Candy Melts
- 40 White Circle Candy Sprinkles

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
- Place the white candy melts in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until fully melted.
- Carefully twist apart the mini Oreo cookies and remove the cream filling. Leave the cookies separated.
- Dip one end of the mini Oreo cookie into the melted white chocolate and gently press it into the cream filling into the double stuffed Oreos. Place 2 of the mini Oreo cookies into each of the regular Oreos to look like the ears on Mickey Mouse.
- Then place on the baking sheet to set. You can speed up the process by placing them in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
- Place the red candy melts in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until fully melted.
- Carefully dip the bottom half of each of the double stuffed Oreo cookies into the melted candy melts. Then place them back on the baking sheet to set.
