  • For the Sweetener – I used Swerve erythritol sweetener for this recipe but any brand of sugar substitute will work. You can also use Monk Fruit sweetener or if you’re not following a low sugar diet, you can use real sugar as well. I used the granulated sweetener but powdered erythritol would work too.
  • For the Peanut Butter – You can use any type of nut butter for this recipe. Almond butter or cashew butter would also be delicious in this easy cookie recipe.
  • Make Keto Peanut Butter Cookies Cream Cheese – Cream cheese is delicious with the peanut butter in these cookies. Just add 1 cup of softened cream cheese to the batter before baking.
  • Almond Flour Peanut Butter Cookies – Almond flour can also be used in these cookies. Peanut butter almond cookies are really tasty. Add ½ cup Almond flour, ¼ cup softened butter and 1 tsp baking powder to this recipe. Adding almond flour will help making fluffier cookies.

  • Step 1. First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
