Frequently Asked Questions

Is whipping cream the same as heavy cream?

They are not the same. You can use half and half as long as you also use a tablespoon of melted butter.

This should be sufficient fat content to make stiff peaks form into half-and-half whipped cream.

You need the fat to form the peaks and make it the correct consistency. Otherwise, it will not turn out.

How many servings in this recipe and what is the measurement of one serving?

    1. Carrie says:

The entire recipe is for 12 servings. Each batch varies in sizes so it’s hard to put an exact amount on the serving size. Each serving is approximately 1/12 of the entire amount. Thank you!
