Can these Blondies be Frozen?

Yes, you can freeze these snickerdoodle blondies. We recommend cutting into small squares then wrapping each square with plastic wrap and foil. This will keep them fresh up to 3 months. Perfect to make ahead of time.

How do you know when Blondies are done:

The best way to know when blondies are done is by inserting a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out clean or with soft crumbs, then they are done. You do not want to overbake them as it could cause them to be hard.

They do have the same soft and chewy texture as a brownie but without the chocolate flavor. They have a rich buttery taste with a cinnamon and sugar taste.
