How to Make Snickerdoodle Blondies:
Step 1 – Heat Oven – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2 – Prepare Baking Dish – Line a 9X13 baking dish with parchment paper. Then spray the paper with a non-stick cooking spray.

Step 3 – Beat Butter – Beat together the butter, brown sugar and sugar in a large bowl. Combine with a hand held mixer or stand mixer. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Step 4 – Stir Dry Ingredients – In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. stir in the flour mixture into the butter mixture. Combine by hand until just combined.

Step 5 – Press into baking pan – Press this mixture into an even layer in the baking dish.

Step 6 – Stir together the topping ingredients in a small bowl with a wooden spoon. Then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar on top of the batter.
- Step 7 – Bake – Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Step 8 – Cool then Serve – Allow to cool completely and then cut and enjoy.

- Combining the ingredients – Make sure to combine ingredients just enough that they are mixed together. You do not want to want overmix as it could affect the blondies texture.
