CROCKPOT CHOCOLATE PEANUT CLUSTERS

Crockpot Peanut Clusters Recipe is a simple dessert idea with only 5 ingredients. The crock pot does all the work and the results are amazing and delicious chocolate candy.

COOK Time:  1 hr

Ingredients

– Salted Dry Roasted Peanuts – Semisweet Chocolate Chips – Milk Chocolate Chips – Peanut Butter Chips – White Almond Bark

LAYER INGREDIENTS

Layer all the ingredients in a crock pot with the almond bark on top. Including stirring in peanuts.

COOK

Cook on low for 1 hour.

STIR

Stir every 15-20 minutes to ensure that chocolate does not burn on the bottom of the crock pot.

SCOOP CLUSTERS

Use a spoon or a cookie scoop to scoop clusters onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper or parchment paper.

REFRIGERATE

Put in the refrigerator or all them to sit at room temperature until the chocolate has completely set.

SERVE

Store the clusters in a airtight container or ziplock bag in the refrigerator.  Enjoy!

We like to use a cookie scoop to make these peanut clusters.

Make sure chocolate is completely melted and smooth before scooping into clusters.
