- Powdered Sugar. Sift the powdered sugar so the icing will be smooth.

How to Make Banana Cake
- Step 1 – Prepare oven and Baking Pan – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9X13 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray or grease and flour the pan.
Step 2. Mix the milk and lemon juice together and set aside. Mix these ingredients together with a wooden spoon in a medium bowl.
Step 3. With a stand mixer or a hand-held mixer combine the butter. Add in both of the sugars until well combined.
Step 4. Add in the eggs one at a time.
Step 5. Combine until smooth.
Step 6. Next, add in the vanilla extract. Mix on high speed until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Step 7. Then mix in the dry ingredients. Add salt in a large bowl and combine.
Step 8. Gradually add the flour mixture and milk mixture to the butter mix.
Step 9. Gently stir in the mashed bananas into the wet ingredients.
Step 10. Combine until mixed together.
Step 11. Pour the mixture into the 9X13 cake pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool.

- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 cups Milk
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- Ingredients for Cream Cheese Icing:
- 1 8 oz Package of Cream Cheese, softened at room temperature
- 1/4 cup Butter softened at room temperature
- 3-4 cups Powdered Sugar shifted
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
