Frequently Asked Questions
Storage is best at room temperature on the counter. Make sure to use an airtight container and they will keep up to 1 week. You do not have to put them in the refrigerator.
I suggest freezing plain undecorated brownies. It is not recommended to freeze the brownies decorated because condensation will form as they thaw. This will make the sprinkles bleed.
Make sure the brownie are completely cool before using the cookie cutters. Also, you may need to occasionally wipe the cookie cutters off if any brownie residue sticks. This will help each brownie to be clean cut.
