Step by Step Instructions

Step 1 – Whip the cream in a large mixing bowl until stiff peaks begin to form. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract and decadent golden cake chunks. Be careful not to knock air out of the whipped cream.

Step 2 – Pour half the mixture into a 9×5 inch metal loaf pan. Drizzle the red icing on top and sprinkle the top with the green sugar sprinkles. Pour in the remaining mixture and top with more green sprinkles and red icing. Cover and freeze the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Ice Cream for 5-6 hours. Scoop and enjoy.
Pro Tips
- Add more sprinkles – You can top with more of the icing and Christmas sprinkles when serving if you prefer.
- Make in advance – This is the perfect ice cream to make in advance. Store inside an airtight container and then use when ready to make the ice cream.
- Chill the bowl and beaters – Place the mixing bowl and beaters of the hand mixer in the fridge or freezer to chill before using. The ice cream mixture will freeze faster.
- Frosting – We used red frosting in this recipe, but you can get creative and use any colors.
- Pound Cake Chunks – Dice up pound cake pieces to add to the ice cream. It makes it even more flavorful with all the yummy cake.
- Allow to Freeze – Allow at least 6 hours for ice cream to freeze. We recommend letting it freeze oven night for the best results.

Storage
You can store this ice cream in the freezer for up to 2 months covered with plastic wrap.
We always put a piece of parchment paper directly on top of the ice cream. This seems to help ensure freshness and prevent ice crystals.
