Why Make This

Grinch themed parties are always a hit during the Christmas season. This no bake pie is perfect holiday treat to make because of the simple ingredients.

Ingredients

Ingredients for Grinch pie - Oreo Cookies, butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, green food coloring, cool whip, sprinkles

Oreo Crust

  • Oreo Cookies. Regular Oreo Cookies and not double stuffed.
  • Unsalted Butter. Melted.

If desired, a store-bought pre-made crust can be used to make this dish. We have even used a graham cracker crust.

Pie Filling

  • Cream Cheese. Softened before using.
  • Powdered Sugar. Make sure it is lump free and sift.
  • Green Gel Food Coloring. Gel food coloring is more vibrant.
  • Cool Whip. Store brand is fine if you prefer.

Topping

  • Green Sprinkles and Red Heart Sprinkles. This completes the Grinch theme.
