Storage

Cover the parfaits with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 4โ€“5 days. If youโ€™re storing them ahead of time, wait to add fresh fruit until just before serving.

Pro Tips

  • Use chilled water: Adding cold water helps the Jello set faster and firmer.
  • Soften cream cheese: Make sure the cream cheese is softened for a smoother, lump-free layer.
  • Donโ€™t overfill cups: Leave enough space for each layer and the whipped cream topping.
  • Let layers set: Refrigerate each layer until firm before adding the next to keep clean, distinct layers.
  • Add fresh fruit: Top with raspberries, fresh strawberries, or blueberries for extra flavor and color.
  • Choose clear cups: Display the beautiful layers by using transparent cups or dessert dish.
  • Add texture: Include crushed cookies or granola between layers for a delightful crunch.
  • Different flavors of jello: Try any flavor you like to make these jello cups.
  • Diagonal layers: For an elegant dessert, try tilting the cup to make the layers diagonal.
