Step By Step Instructions

Ingredients
- 2 pkgs Raspberry Jello 3 ounces each
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz Whipped Cream
- 2 cups boiling water divided
- 1 1/2 cups cold water divided
- Raspberries optional for topping
Instructions
- Combine one 3 oz box of Jello with 1 cup of boiling water. Stir to combine. Add in 1 cup of cold water. Stir to combine.
- Pour the jello evenly between 6 cups or dessert bowls. Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until it solidifies.
- Combine the other 3 oz box of jello with 1 cup of boiling water. Stir to combine.
- Use a food processor or blender to combine the jello mixture and cream cheese together until smooth. Once it is well blended, add ½ cup of cold water and stir to combine.
- Add 4 oz of the whipped topping and blend until smooth.
- Divide evenly on top of the solidified jello in the cups. Refrigerate until firm. Then top evenly with the remaining 4 oz of whipped cream.
