How to Make Melted Ice Cream Cake
- Step 1. First, go ahead and preheat the oven to 350F degrees.
- Step 2. Second, spray the bundt cake pan with cooking spray.

Step 3. Next, get out a large mixing bowl. Combine the large eggs, ice cream and cake mix together. You can use an electric mixer on low speed.

Step 4. Finally, pour the cake batter into the prepared pan. Then bake until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Step 5. Let the cake cool completely on a wire rack. Place on a cake platter.

Step 6. While the cake cools, make the icing. Whisk together the powder sugar with the milk. You can add more milk if the icing is not the desired consistency.
