Pro Tips

  • Since chocolate is the main ingredient, use a premium chocolate in this. It will taste much better!
  • Allow the bark to come to room temperature before breaking so that the layers do not separate.
  • If the bark is difficult to break with your hands you can use a wooden spoon to gently help.
  • Use the parchment paper to help break this apart so that you don’t get fingerprints on the chocolate.

How long will it last?

Chocolate bark will last up to 5 days if store properly. You can store at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
