How to use Caramel Buttercream

Tips for Success

  • Full Fat Cream Cheese. Make sure to use full fat cream cheese in this recipe.
  • Room temperature ingredients. The butter and cream cheese should be room temperature. The mixture will combine easier.
  • Don’t overmix the frosting. Beating the mixture too long will make the frosting runny.
