How to Store Fudge
Store the leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 month or freeze for up to 3-4 months. Allow to thaw at room temperature before serving if frozen.
Make sure to use a freezer container or bag. We recommend placing wax paper between the layers of fudge.
Tips for No bake Unicorn Fudge
- Don’t overcook the chocolate. It is important to melt this in intervals to avoid burning it.
- Swirl the colors gently. Use a knife to swirl the different colors together. Be careful that you do not swirl too much or you risk blending everything together. It will not be as pretty if this happens.
- Press the topping. Make sure to add the topping before the fudge mixture sets or it will not stick. You might also want to gently press it into the fudge to secure it.
- Line the pan. Not only does this help with clean up but it makes it easy to remove for cutting. You can lift the fudge out easily and place it on a cutting board to cut.
