How to make White Chocolate Bark

  • Step 1. Prepare Baking Sheet – Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2. Melt the White Chocolate – Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe dish.  Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until completely melted.

Step 3. Spread the white chocolate onto the parchment paper.

Step 4. Then sprinkle the candy and sprinkles on top of the melted white chocolate. Then let the bark sit at room temperature until the chocolate hardens. You can put the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour to speed along the process.

Step 5. Once the chocolate has set, break the bark into pieces and then serve.

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave safe dish.  Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval until the chocolate is completely melted.
  • Spread the white chocolate out on the parchment paper.
  • Then sprinkle the candy and sprinkles on top of the melted white chocolate.
  • Then let the bark sit at room temperature until the chocolate hardens (about 2-3 hours).  Or you can put the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Once the chocolate has re-harden, break the bark into pieces and then serve.
  • Store any leftover bark in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
