How to Make Cinnamon Roll Bunnies
- Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spread the can of cinnamon rolls out onto a large baking sheet.

Step 2. Form the bunny ears. Use your hands to gently unroll the outer end of the cinnamon roll. Then use that piece of the cinnamon roll to form 2 bunny ears above the remaining roll. Press down between the ears and on the outside of the ears to secure them to the round portion of the cinnamon roll.

Step 3. Bake them based on the package instructions. Make sure to watch them as they bake and re-pinch the edges together if they start to spread apart while baking.

Step 4. Remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Drizzle the icing that came with the cinnamon roll on top.

Step 5. Top with the sprinkles. Then use the M&Ms to form the eyes and nose on each bunny to make a face.

Storage
These are best served fresh, but you can refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
When ready to enjoy, reheat in the microwave to enjoy warm.
Variation Ideas
- Candy. You can use jelly beans instead of M&Ms in this cinnamon roll recipe if you prefer.
- Chocolate Chips. If you like chocolate, try using chocolate chips for the eyes and nose.
- Cinnamon Roll Dough. Any canned refrigerated brand will work great in this recipe! Feel free to use store brand or your favorite brand.
- Different flavors. While traditional variations taste amazing, orange flavor and caramel taste great too.
- Frosting. If you want more frosting than what is included, you can purchase a container of cream cheese frosting.
- Sprinkles. You can use any sprinkles that you prefer or have on hand.
Pro Tips
- Lined baking sheet. Clean up is a breeze if you line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Don’t overbake. They should be golden brown around the edges but not overdone. Baking times vary to keep an eye on them.
- Reinforce the shape. While baking, it might be necessary to reinforce the shape of the bunnies. Check on them during the process and if needed adjust the shape with a handle of a spoon.
