Ingredients

- Salted butter. This should be softened at room temperature.
- Vanilla extract. Make sure to use pure vanilla extract.

- Nuts. Add chopped pecans or chopped walnuts to the batter. If you like nuts, this is a wonderful combination with the banana mixture.
- Chocolate. Toss in 2 cups chocolate chips and stir into the batter. It will make this cake even better.

How to Make Banana Bundt Cake
- Step 1 – Preheat your oven. Set it to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Step 2 – Prepare the pan and grease with butter and flour.

Step 3. Combine the eggs and vanilla. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar using medium speed. You can use a stand mixer or hand mixer with paddle attachment. Then add the eggs one at a time and vanilla extract to the creamed sugar.

Step 4. Next, add the buttermilk and mashed bananas. Whisk the mixture until combined.

Step 5. Combine the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.

Step 6. Pour the batter into the pan.
