How to Serve Fried Brownies
Serve the brownies with powdered sugar. Other yummy ideas include No Churn Vanilla Ice Cream, caramel sauce, melted chocolate for dipping and whipped cream.
Storage
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container. They will last up to 3 days in the fridge. Place parchment paper in between them when storing.

Expert Tips
- Use a cookie scoop. When forming the brownie balls, it is easier if you have a cookie scoop. You can make the balls quickly and they will all be the same size.
- Chill the brownie bites. Allow the dough to chill at least 30 minutes before frying.
- Soap up excess oil. Drain excess grease by placing the fried brownies on a paper towel lined plate.
- Make sure you use enough oil. You need 3 inches of oil in the deep frying pan to fry the brownies.
