Pro Tips
- Layer the ingredients. Make sure to layer the batter and cinnamon in the loaf pan. If you stir it together, you will not have that pretty swirl.
- Don’t overfill the pan. The bread needs room to rise as it bakes, and you do not want it to overflow.
- Fresh baking powder. Make sure the baking powder is not expired or it will not cook properly.
- Don’t overmix the batter. Stir everything until just combined.
