Step by step instructions

Step 1. Blend the freeze dried strawberries in a blender or food processor and blend until it’s turned into fine dust. Remove any large pieces of seeds from the crushed freeze dried strawberries and set aside.

Step 2. Use a microwave safe bowl and add heavy cream, butter and the white chocolate. Heat in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the mixture is fully melted.

Step 3. Add the freeze-dried strawberries, vanilla extract and butter. Cover and allow to chill in the fridge until the mixture is firm. This takes about 1-2 hours.

Step 4. Next, remove from the refrigerator and shape into 1″ balls. Place on wax paper and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Step 5. Melt the remaining white baking chocolate and heavy whipping cream in a small bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until completely melted.

Step 6. Then dip the truffles into melted white chocolate.

Step 7. Make sure it is completely covered. Place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.

Step 8. Top with the sprinkles before the chocolate sets. Place the truffles in the refrigerator to harden. Then the truffles are ready to serve and enjoy!
