The roasted marshmallow makes the chocolate melt to create a gooey melty chocolate treat.

How to Serve?

Fried s’mores are best served warm as the graham crackers become soggy when they are stored.

We recommend dusting the tops with powdered sugar for the extra sweetness.

Storage

These deep fried s’mores are best served warm. If you have leftovers, store them in the refrigerator. The graham cracker will be a little soggy, but you can put them in air fryer to crisp them up again.

Pro Tips

  • Heat Oil – Heat the oil to approximately 375 degrees F before frying the s’mores in the oil.
  • Chocolate Chips – If you do not have any chocolate bars, top the graham crackers with chocolate chips. They will melt perfectly when deep fried.
  • Marshmallows – We used large marshmallows instead of the mini marshmallows. We think the larger marshmallows work better.
  • Choosing Oil – Make sure when choosing the oil that it has a high smoke point. We recommend using vegetable oil or canola oil. If you a low smoke point oil it could cause the s’mores to taste funny.
